Born and raised in Southern California, Rosalind’s laid-back personality has earned the hearts of many in her community. She started working as an instructional aid in the school system, promoting to a mentor/role model for students. Rosalind then learned the skills as a behavior therapist for two years before moving to Indiana in 2017. She earned her Registered Behavior Technician credential and a Master’s Degree in Psychology, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, in 2018. During that time, she maintained many roles, including COO, Clinical Director, Clinical Assistant Director, Program Manager, and Trainer in the clinical setting.
Rosalind is now a PhD in Psychology candidate gathering research for the field of Autism and Behavior Consultant with Supportive Behavior Services. Rosalind has used her talent and skills to help transition kids back into the school setting, graduating them to higher education programs. Her specialty is in teaching communication and imitation skills to nonverbal children.
Rosalind finds joy in training other professionals to understand psychology better through technology and providing parent training to community members. She is a community advocate voicing the need for fairness and rights, especially for minorities. Rosalind finds that she has made progress with her passion for play and creativity with the individuals she serves. She hopes to one day travel the world, spreading kindness and hospitality. Rosalind’s motto is “The best view comes after the hardest climb.”
In her spare time, Rosalind is an artist who spreads her vision and creativity to those around her. Spreading kindness, Rosalind enjoys surfing, animals, arts and crafts, technology, music, and gaming.
